Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HVAC Category Manager to lead the development, sourcing, pricing, and performance of our HVAC product category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for category growth, supplier management, market analysis, product portfolio optimization, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute category strategies for HVAC products in line with company goals
Manage the full product lifecycle, from selection and sourcing to pricing and performance review
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and key business partners
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements with vendors
Monitor sales performance, margins, inventory levels, and category KPIs
Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and technical teams to improve category performance
Identify new products and brands to strengthen the company’s HVAC portfolio
Ensure product availability, competitiveness, and profitability across the category
Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in category management, product management, or commercial roles within the HVAC industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and market dynamics
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Good understanding of pricing, margin management, and supplier relationship management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Good command of English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international HVAC brands and suppliers
Familiarity with distribution, retail, or B2B sales environments
MBA or relevant professional certifications is a plus
