Job Description

We are looking for a human resource development manager to identify the key and technical competencies of each field, manage performance appraisal programs, and based on that, design training and personal development programs and career paths for colleagues and monitor its proper implementation. Responsibilities: • Defining training and development needs • Supervising the development of educational programs • Monitoring the proper implementation of training and development programs • Defining performance metrics • Monitoring the proper implementation of performance management programs • Participate in career development and personal development plans • Develop performance indicators in the field of human resource development and monitor them continuously

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA, Management or related fields. - Nature and length of previous experience: Work experience of 7 to 10 years. - Specialist knowledge: performance management and human resource development. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Strong communication skills , Ability to be a strong team player.
