Job Description

Identifies and tracks staffing needs of business and works proactively to fill them via internal and external hiring, succession planning, and retention practices Manages the hiring process including creation of job descriptions, recruiting, behavioral interviewing, selection of candidates, preparation of offers of employment and conduct new hire orientations Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. Design, Organize and Provide Competency Profile (CP) & Professional Development Program (PDP) for employees. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Requirements

B.A or M.A degree in human resources or related field. Minimum 5 - 15 years’ experience in related areas Familiar with ISO 10015 and 10018 Familiar with competency models. Experience in general HR functions is preferred
