Job Description

Objective: To develop, utilize and improve implementation of the HR system in the company Main Responsibilities: - Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. - Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports. - Collect related data and ensure that all necessary employment paperwork is completed. - Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants. - Preparation of personnel performance reports - Perform salary calculations - Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications. - Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. - Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. - Execute the HR committee decisions. - Perform, coordinate and support all ongoing HR/Administration activities like hiring, compensation, retention, etc. - Reporting to: Management Representative/HR manager

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor preferably in Human Resource Management - Experience: 5 years of experience in administration/HR - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. - Computers and Electronics,Knowledge of software, including applications and programming such as Pwkara, Rahkaran, Chrgoon - Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation
