Job Description
-Performing all HR Tasks including Job Analysis, Recruitment, Development, performance evaluation, compensation, talent management -Performing all recruitment tasks including advertisement, screening, coordinating interviews, result announcements -Conducting and analyzing all HR-related analysis and surveys -Maintaining employee files and the HR records such as personnel documents -Help to do payroll & preparing the salary certificate, work certificate -Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
-University degree holder in any suitable discipline -More than 3 years experience in HR / Admin department -Good computer knowledge ( MS office ) -Familiar with Iran Labor law, MOL guidelines & procedures -Must have a strong administrative acumen -Accountable &Trustworthy -Familiar with Payroll System of SG -Good communication skill in English -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 35
