Job Description
• Deploy the company policy, procedures and standards in the site to achieve excellent sustainable results and compliance with legal requirements • Monitor site legal compliance and ensure the site meets all local regulatory requirements, • Being pro-active on incident prevention methods, analysis of accidents root cause, unsafe conditions and behaviors • Identify hazards, assess risks and develop/implement appropriate controls based on the hierarchy to mitigate the risks • Develop and deploy internal safety auditing and inspection • Deliver training and maintain an appropriate level of awareness and knowledge • Prepare monthly/weekly HSE reports • Act and lead properly in emergency situations and run emergency maneuvers, ensure an effective team is in place to handle different HSE emergency situation • Follow ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 regulations in HSE inspections and directing regular housekeeping inspections • Assess ergonomics risks and promote action plan to tackle the risks
Requirements
• BA or Master of Occupational Health, industrial Safety, HSE • Fluent English skills; written and oral Independent, • Up to date global HSE knowledge • Good knowledge about Permit to Work and management of high hazard tasks • Good knowledge of occupational health • Ability to manage contractor based on HSE requirement • Structured and analytical thinking, • Strong communication and team work skills • At least 2 years of experience in the position • Certificate of OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 • Ability to work under pressure and independently • Good observation/audit skill
