Job Description

Medical Service:

• Organize periodic medical examinations based on Iranian legislation, supervising their completion, and keeping records.
• Medical support both in the office and in the fields (equipment and procurement of first aid kits, medical equipment, communication with contractors providing medical services).
• Carry out audits on compliance with labour safety requirements at drilling sites when performing work; as well as audits to check medical services at drilling sites and wells.
• Control over the execution of measures to eliminate the identified violations.

Work in the 1C System:

• Develop internal norms, standards, regulations, instructions, orders and other technical documentation on labour protection, with the subsequent approval process, signing and release in the 1C Document Management System/DCC.
• Draft, agree and send official letters to contractors/customers in the 1C Document Management System/DCC.
• Maintain procurement procedures in the 1C UH (Holding Management) system.

Organizational Issues:

• Plan labour protection measures.
• Participate in the special assessment of labour conditions.
• Counsel employees on OHS issues.
• Administrative support to the manager.
• Conduct induction briefings.
• Supervise training of the company's employees, conducting training independently (training employees in first aid rules, and response in case of an accident).
