Job Description

-Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. -Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity -Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software -Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions, job specification and competency models -Workforce planning processes -Newcomer Orientation and socialization plans -Development and implementation of performance management system -Reviewing Recruitment and Selection system and hiring processes -Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate -Designing and implementing compensation and promotion systems -Creating and updating master data base -Among these issues can be discussed wage, reward, appreciation and encouragement, welfare and recreation

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree (MBA/ HR Management) -Minimum 3 years in HR field -Familiar to Organize IDP(individual development plan) -Familiar to carrying Planning -Conceptual and Analytical Skills -Good communication skills -Ability to research -Ability to work under pressure -Ability to work with team (headquarter HR Team) -Proficiency in MS office -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Good communication, team working and inter-personal skills -Ideal Age Range: 25-35
