Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Provide support and guidance to employees on performance management and talent management. - Manage administration and compliance (contracts, data bases, etc.). - Conduct research on market trends and best practices. - Provide and prepare all necessary statistic reports. - Conduct onboarding. - Collect personnel records from departments or employees. - Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field. - Bachelor or master's degree in human resources or management, related fields. - Proficiency in MS office especially in Excel. - Being responsible and committed. - Self-motivated and willing to take initiative. - Having good knowledge of HRM activities. - Ability to work under pressure. - Familiarity with labor and Tax laws. - Excellent time management and perfect attention to details. - Ability to work autonomously. - Very strong interpersonal skills. - High flexibility to work to the demands of the role.
