- Develop and manage human resources (HR) planning, policies, and strategies
- Manage employee requisitions and plan employee resourcing requirements per unit/organization
- Align staffing plan to work force plan and business unit strategies/resource needs
- Determine recruitment methods and channels
- Develop strategy for HR systems/technologies/tools
- Manage human resource information systems (HRIS)
- Develop and manage reward, recognition, and motivation programs
- Perform competitive analysis of benefit and rewards
- Evaluates compensation structure for internal equity, competitiveness, and proper positions
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
- Review, appraise, and manage employee performance
- Coaching managers on performance management
- Develop and manage employee metrics
- Implement Human Resource activities to support the organization’s objectives
- Conduct organizational analyses to evaluate advancement opportunities and replacement planning needs
- Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
- Monitor daily HR tasks & issues.
- Arrange, monitor and evaluate training activities and personal development management
- Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
