Job Description

- Designing the organizational structure and chart. - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process. - Build strong relationship with employees at all levels - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity and retention - Analysis, design, evaluation and classification of jobs - Workforce Planning and Strategic Employment Planning - Hiring and adjusting new employee socialization plans to the organization - Designing a system of compensation (wages) and welfare benefits - Designing a staff performance management system - Design of individual and team rewards systems - Staff development and development through training The plant is located in Jolfa free zone and head quarter is in Tabriz. The HR manger should be present in both.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or Engineering/ Management or related - Minimum of 5 years experience - Experience working in a medium to large organization - Good command of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook) and ICDL
