Job Description

• Identify, design, conduct and control all HR Systems and Processes • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. • Evaluate, conduct and follow up Training and Development Plans • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs • Organize all personnel administration affairs according labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc. • Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction Planning human resource strategies according to the company mission • Designing and establish performance management system • Designing and establishing Job rotation and job enrichment systems • • Design and revising guidelines, procedures and personnel policies • Designing and revising the organizational structure • Establish and upgrade human resource data base • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. • Maintain administration and HR system in accordance with Legal and governmental regulations • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs • Ensure legal compliance • Nurture a positive working environment •Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. •Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities. •Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them. •Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment. •Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as credit bureaus and finance companies. •Arrange for in-house and external training activities.

Requirements

• At least Master's degree in relevant management field, MBA is an advance • Ability to analyses organizational behavior. • Strong Admin and HR network and ability to sourcing and introduce candidates for potential future hiring. • Strong and applicable knowledge of labor laws and Insurance regulations • 35-50 years old • At least 10 years of work experience • Proficiency in English • Good temperament and reputation
