Analyzing monthly HR department budgeting and accounting reports.
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
Prepare and update job descriptions based on usual processes.
Prepare and update salary scale based on standards and common methods.
Design & Provide organization chart.
Design and update human resource processes based on academic and practical modeling methods.
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying business plan.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
At least Bachelor degree in all Branches of management or Industrial engineering.
At least 4 years of experience in human resources department or administrative dept.
Proficiency in MS office.
Having good knowledge of HRM activities.
Excellent time management and perfect attention to details.
Energetic, learner, team player, hard worker.
Ability to work autonomously.
