Support the implementation of HR procedures including but not limited to :
- Job evaluation and classification,
- Human resource planning,
- Evaluating & measuring job satisfaction,
- Staff Training,
- Job descriptions and promotions,
- Performance evaluation,
- Compensation and benefit
Requirements
- BSc/ MSc in Human Resources, Management or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of ICDL (specially excel and word)
- Good Communication skills,
- Reasonable understanding of all HR procedures
