University Qualifications: Master of business administration. Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years’ experience as an HR specialist. Specialist knowledge: Knowing about Labor Law of Iran, Knowledge about performance analysis methods, Broad knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, and employee relations Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
