Job Description
- Objective: Knowledge and experience in labor law, payroll, employment, organizational planning, recruitment and organizational development. - Main responsibilities: Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions. - Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork - Preparing monthly report from Clock in/out Machine. - Preparing salary list, Social Security list, and Tax list monthly. - Familiar with Administration software - Conducting staff performance evaluations - Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or performance evaluation forms - Maintain job descriptions for all positions. - Record and update personal information. - Maintain compliance with Iran Labor Law regulations concerning employment. - Responsible for employee contracts (revisions, extensions, terminations), master list updates - Reporting to: HR Manager - Number required: 1
Requirements
- University qualifications: BS, MS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, MBA - Previous experience: 2 years’ experience as HR Expert - Specialist knowledge: Financial Analysis especially in payroll - Gender Preference: Female - age: Maximum 30
