Job Description
• Design and operate HR strategies and processes. • Develop performance management process and maintain the records. • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices. • Develop, administer and evaluate applicant tests. • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
Requirements
• Master degree in Management/MBA fields or Industrial Engineering (Degree in HRM is an advantage) • System thinking • At least 2 year of experience in related areas • Professional knowledge of all HR areas • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office • Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities • Ability to communicate and present effectively.
