Job Description

Major responsibilities include: -Develop and execute recruiting plans -Conduct regular follow-up with managers and head of projects to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation -Manage external employment agencies, recruiters and temporary staffing agencies -Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs -Plan programs and monitor activities for employees development -Prepare and Plan Performance Management System -Monitoring staff appraisal and provide feedbacks to senior management

Requirements

-Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication -Expert in local employment law and employee relations -At least 10 years experience in the HR department's management team -IT literate -Hold a degree in a field related to human resources management
