Objective of the role: Defining an efficient system for a Holding and its subsidiaries. List of responsibilities: Corporate design, Company chart design, Holding & Subsidiaries chart design, Recruitment, Defining Employees' training plans, Payment system design and update, Employees' performance evaluation. Reporting to: CEO. Working hours: 8:30-17:30.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Master of Human Resources. Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years of experience in HR . Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent Communication Skills, The ability of presentation in a group, Good negotiator, Work as a team member, Patient, Creative, Friendly.
