Job Description

- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters. - Participate in developing organizational guidelines, policies and procedures. - Assist with budget monitoring and payroll. - Recommend strategies to motivate employees. - Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts. - Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. - Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. - Perform orientations and update records of new staff. - Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports. - Produce and submit reports on general HR activities

Requirements

- +5 years Proven experience in full command of HR development concepts, mainly in Recruitment, Payroll and Performance Management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in managing employee relations, professional development and training - Current, in-depth knowledge of legal and financial requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation and employment laws. - Having in-hand experience in HR Marketing is a bonus.
