Job Description

•Performing all HR Tasks including Recruitment, Development, Performance managment, Compensation and Job Analysis •Handle the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, selection, interview, Result announcements. •Supporting internal communication such as announcements and on-boarding programs. •Prepare and update job descriptions based on usual processes. •Development and implementation of performance management system. •Designing and implementing compensation and promotion system. •Analyze training needs, Plan and perform training, Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement. •Continually improves processes to develop HR systems. •Provide analytical reports.

Requirements

•Familiar with HR process, HR policies and HR strategic management. •B.S. / M.S. degree in Management/ Industrial Engineering and other related fields •Minimum 4 years general HR experience •Strong communication skills, honest, and hard worker •Energetic, learner and team player •Problem-solving ability •Being responsible and committed
