Job Description
Implement recruitment policies to ensure professional and qualified candidates are recruited. • Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees. • Implement all personnel administration of employees. • Responsible for enhancing the communication between the management and. the employees and ensure that all employees are informed of all info related to their job and rights. • Monitor turnover and satisfaction of employees and develop action plans to ensure employee retention and satisfaction. • Maintain knowledge of the legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with labor laws. • Works on developing and improving company compensation and benefits. • Provides coaching and counseling for all teams in the station. • Administer performance evaluation in the station. • Implement action plans to fulfill the set HR strategies and objectives in coordination with the HR Manager.
