
Job Description
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants - Providing training calendar - Updating job profiles, candidates database and screening of candidates CV - Prepare related monthly and annually HR reports with professional analysis (staff turnover, trends, demographic statistics and analysis, job satisfaction analysis...) - Writing job descriptions through gathering information from all of the organization and performing job shadowing - Updating organization chart and human resource needs - Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes - Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements - Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible - Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them - Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date - Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Director
Requirements
- Related MS degree - A minimum of 5-7 years� experience in the similar role - Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) - Age: 25-32 years old - Sourcing, recruitment and job interviewing skills (knowledge of Competency/Behavioral based interview is a plus) - Analytical & Communication Skills - Enjoy working with people - Be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable - Respect the importance of confidentiality - Have good organizing skills and be able to develop plans, policies and forecasts - Have problem solving skills to deal with disputes, grievances and staffing problems - Be able to work as part of a team - Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail - Be able to use databases, spreadsheets, and word processing and accounts packages - Responsible, committed and proactive - Ready to learn and hard working
