Job Description
-Managing all sections in HR& Admin Departments including administration, training, recruitment, and retention. - Working with the management to identify staffing needs and ensuring timely recruitment within budgets and operational requirements. - Designing & delivering effective HR practices. - Addressing employee relations, such as work complaints, or other employee concerns. - Building employee commitment and ensuring retention of high quality employees. - Driving training programs, and managing new employee induction programs. - Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the management and employees. - Day-to-day tasks that are focused on running the HR/Admin activities. - Managing the Payroll and salary administration and make sure that payroll system works on time and efficient. - Dealing with compliance issues. - Designing and implementing performance management system. - Liaison between staff and management. - Providing staffing level required by the laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor degree or higher degree. - At least 5 years in working experience in a HR managerial position. - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. - Job Analysis. - Team work. - Communication Skills. - Fluency in English (Mostly Correspondences)
