Job Description

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. • Train new joiners to how to work with special software. • Maintain daily performance of computer systems. • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. • Clean up computers. • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. • Install computer peripherals for users. • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. • Follow up with suppliers to ensure issue has been resolved. • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage. • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur. • Have a good knowledge and enough experience to face with unknown issues and resolve them.

Requirements

Work Experience: At least three years experience - BSc in Computer Engineering or IT - Microsoft MCITP/MCSE, Cisco and VMware certified candidates are preferable - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and services - Good command of English - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Self-motivated and highly enthusiastic about new technologies and solutions - Very good problem solving skills
