Job Description

● Provide help desk support and resolve problems of end-users. ● Troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues. ● Monitor and manage server and network resources. ● Document network supports activities and prepare related reports. ● Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer, IT, or related fields. ● 2 years of experience as IT Help Desk or similar positions. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Self-motivated. ● Good communication skills. ● Proven work experience as a help desk expert and technical support. ● Familiar with troubleshooting hardware.
