Job Description

● Prepare and approve drilling plans. ● Technical control of the operational team in drilling and completing the well. ● Review and approve the schedule for the drilling program. ● Technical control and compliance of well operations and progress with technical plans. ● Examine and approve suggestions and solutions to increase operational efficiency. ● Overall management of the drilling and well completion supply process. ● Examine the performance of the drilling engineering team and provide relevant feedback. ● Monitor and follow up on the details of the well drilling and completion program according to its budget. ● Comply with safety requirements in developing all programs and instructions to maintain the safety of the well, rig, and people. ● Supervise and control well drilling and completion instructions ions and solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

● Ability to analyze drilling programs. ● Ability to manage the technical team of drilling and well completion. ● Skills in approving drilling plans. ● Mastering the process of supplying drilling and well completion products as well as drilling rig products. ● Ability to resolve disputes and technical and financial claims. ● Familiarity with new technologies and implementation of new methods in drilling operations and well completion and controlling and reducing drilling costs. ● Risk management and decision-making skills in critical situations.
