Job Description

• Optimally allocate the warehouse capacity according to the capacity measurement plan and plan to use the warehouse space to the required capacity.
• Monitor the daily allocation of raw materials to the production unit by the production plan provided by the plan and program unit to distribute according to the needs of the production unit.
• Manage inventories and orders of non-BOM goods to balance imported and exported goods for the purchase and storage of surplus items.
• Monitor the coding of items, tracking and classifying the arrangement of raw materials, products, parts, and other goods to optimize the location and storage of items in different warehouses.
• Optimally manage employee performance through appropriate planning and goal setting, coaching, and effective feedback, evaluating the level of achievement of functional and behavioral goals to improve employee empowerment and company growth.
• Monitor all storage and warehouse management processes to identify the weaknesses and strengths of warehouses to optimize all related processes.
• Manage information and check the compliance of registered documents to apply the necessary controls prepare reports and provide relevant statistics to protect the interests of the company.
• Analyze the information on manufactured products (production, sales, and distribution) to establish and maintain an up-to-date inventory control system and optimal storage.
• Monitor the inventory control of packaging warehouses.
• Measure the capacity and needs of warehouse items, packaging, and budgeting.
• Monitor and ensure timely issuance of requested remittances.
• Monitor how to control the temperature and humidity of the warehouse.
• Monitor the optimal use of warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Monitor deviations and non-compliance and reporting in this field.
