Job Description

•Main Objective: The person Is accountable for implementing the company’s sustainability and reverse engineering projects and lead the development and execution of a broad-based, company-wide strategic plan to ensure availability of equipment through reverse engineering approach. •Main Responsibilities: -Manage spare 2000 project -Manage and report on status of existing spare parts requirement -Analyze and solve technical problems and provide solutions that can be implemented in a timely manner -Provide leadership and direction personnel to guide and progress each member of department -Serve as the central point of contact for any and all interfaces with manufactures and suppliers on the subject of Sustainability and reverse engineering. This includes being the lead interface with manufactures and suppliers (local or overseas) relative to their inquiries, their requests for information on company efforts in support of Sustainability -Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts e.g., the Director of Environmental Health and Safety and the technical engineering, Asset integrity and R&D, to ensure appropriate responses and communications -Assess the organization’s current sustainability and reverse engineering performance and identify and prioritize the organization’s key sustainability and reverse engineering issues. -Measure and monitor progress against sustainability strategies, objectives and performance targets -Executive Suggestion Submission for Spare Parts Manufacturing and Re-Building -Safety Rules Obedient in Purpose of Probable Events Prevention and Appearing in Training Courses -Association and Contributing in all Process of Spare Parts Manufacturing , Specification Drawing Providing, Tests, Analyzing the Raw Materials, Final Process Control, and Coordinating with other Plants -Liaise with other department such as quality, HSE and Asset to ensure meeting standards in manufacturing spare parts -Implemented works final Report Preparation and Submitting to the manager -The Company and Managements Orders observation -site Dangers Identification -Technically inspecting the production packages in Accordance with Standards -Technical Knowledge Codification of spare preparation of Manufacturers arts if required Preparing the Local / Domestic Manufactures & Services Technical Information and evaluate them according with Directions -Investigate the Technical Orders and Manufacturing or Costs, approving or disapproving *Job Location: Asalouyeh
