Job Description

Superpipe International seeks an experienced head of engineering specializing in product development and R&D. This position is based in Tehran and focuses on leading engineering teams to innovate and improve our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Drive innovation and development of new products from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and performance.
• Oversee the implementation and improvement of engineering processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering management within the manufacturing or processing industry.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
