Job Description

Description: - To provide a complete commercial procurement function for all the company's expenditures with external suppliers, domestic and foreign. - To closely manage, monitor, and control the purchases made by the Procurement Officer. - Develop, maintain, monitor and review performance indicators relating to the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement department. - Maximize the use of company's funds by identifying new suppliers and maintaining current supplier performance measures. - Define and manage key supplier relationships to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, service and quality. - Weekly coordination with and visits to the factory for in-time delivery of parts, equipment, and raw materials. - Conduct and coordinate all sourcing, purchasing, transport, and customs clearance of foreign purchases. - Proactively develop markets by networking and developing the key suppliers.
