Job Description

Roche Market Access Director/Access community Lead is a critical leadership position and an enthusiastic advocate of the area of expertise. A servant leader to the entire Affiliate , acting with courage and integrity, Inspiring creative leadership and supporting transparency across the organization . Some of the main responsibilities of this role are as per below: • As a member of Leadership Team is responsible for co-creating and embedding the long-term vision and strategy of Roche Pars • Guide and coach all the Access Chapter members to develop disease- and customer-centric Access & Policy strategies • Collaborate and co-create extensively with both internal and external stakeholders • Responsible for overall Access Strategy and Competency development, identifying new capabilities, leveraging digital to improve customer engagement • To be an expert, and translate the development in Market Access domain into strategy within the CoS (Community of Skills) and ensures it is well transferred to all Community of Skills members • Has an active role in effecting the culture change. Functions as an ambassador for culture change and is a role model in terms of agile way of working • Develop productive, meaningful and appropriate relationships with Authorities and patient groups to aid in strategic planning, investment, and ultimately improve treatment access and delivery at a optimum level. • Develop team/chapter members to independently lead the development of innovative proposals to accelerate and increase access to the safest and most effective therapies currently available • Support the Chapter members in producing high-quality external responses to relevant policies and discussion documents, as required • Lead the early strategic analysis of local business potential for pipeline/compounds expected to enter the portfolio • Be the point of contact to collect and assess key information on health-economic affairs

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy/health economics or degree on Economy with previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or other Health Industry • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pricing, reimbursement & health economics • Track record of leading teams Competencies: • Ability to demonstrate Roche Values and Leadership Commitments, and Roche Core Competencies • Strong demonstration of a growth mindset and a proven learning agility in a dynamic environment • Strategic Agility and long-term vision: Ability to provide clear strategic directions and to oversee the execution of market access activities • Proven successful decision making in a complex environment. • Business and financial acumen • Public speaking and presenting to large audiences • Proven ability and willingness to lead and manage people • High level of negotiation and influencing skills
