Requirements
• Educations and Degree: Bachelor's degree/ All Fields related to Information Technology (IT) Engineering, Computer Science, and Industry
Job Experience: At least 3 years at related field
Required Skills/ Abilities:
• Mastery of knowledge to manage and work with operational teams on #software, hardware and network and processes’ workflows (automation system, CRM, etc.)
• Familiarity with software Technologies, Databases
• Good knowledge of various Microsoft services in the field of infrastructure, active & passive network monitoring, virtualization, firewall, CISCO equipment, VOIP, monitoring, backup, help desk
• Effective teamwork
• Problem solving and decision-making ability
• Stress management ability
• Positive interaction and effective negotiation ability with colleagues
