Job Description

- Responsible for coaching, teaching, and effective supervision of assigned personnel - To direct and coordinate the main activities and programs related to Electrical Systems. - Establish need dates for assignment of all electrical personnel - To review and initiate terms of references and procedures - To review and prepare scope of work for major Electrical Engineering - To ensure that all Electrical Engineering deliverables are properly prepared and conform to company standards and specifications - To coordinate with other departments and other engineers on all activities relevant to Electrical Systems - Attends kick-off, Project staff, Client, Construction, Supplier, Flow Diagram reviews or other meetings as required - Maintains contact with Project Engineering Manager - Lead to assure accurate, timely communications and flow of information is taking place. - Reports discipline progress to Engineering Department Manager and project Engineering management on predetermined intervals. - Responsible for issuing electrical design documents and drawings - Outsourcing the electrical design and managing the out sources
