Daarvag International advertising agency is seeking a highly qualified Group Account Director to perform a lead role in managing our international and domestic clients. The selected nominee must maintain complete control on understanding client's business, account planning, execution and reporting. Facilitate timely decisions to maintain projects schedule and budget. Provide management with regular account updates, maintain trusting relationships, supervise and mentor junior staff for both account and career growth, and make staff development recommendations. Also Responsible for the management of all new business plans and activities for which increased revenues / profits will be realized, while upholding the mission and values of the Agency. The applicant requires to: -Develop and present strategies, solutions and planning to clients -Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions -Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships -Advocate knowledge supporting the agency’s mission, culture, confidentiality, standards, etc. -Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on new market / business leads and opportunities -Manage/keep regular contact with companies on the prospect list -Create opportunities to pitch new accounts -Understand the business and marketing challenges of key prospects -Good motivational leadership skills to lead sales and planning team in the best efficient way
