Brief about the job: We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with up-to-date knowledge to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including dental instruments, and books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our sales team. You have to know what colors elicit a certain emotional response, what colors work best together and convey who we are and what we sell immediately. Our site's colors and imagery need to show the customer that we are different and better than all of the other companies selling products like us. Giving our customer the proper visual cues throughout the web site is done by creating a visual hierarchy and clear 'calls to action'. The images usually incorporate short blurbs of text that entice the customer to click on the image, giving them the feeling that they could be enjoying that product. What font and colors are used for the text, and what the call to action is, are all things that need to be done by a professional. Details of the job: - Design marketing materials (i.e. billboards, banner stands, catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters, exhibition booths, etc.) - Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites - Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size - Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief - Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required - Communicate with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality - Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies; - Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work; - Commissioning illustrators and photographers; - Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists. - Following the business objectives and requirements of the job; - Estimating the time required completing the work and providing quotes for us; - Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time; - Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to us and gain full approval;

Career: - Having a ‘feel’ for good design and passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair; - Graduated in graphic designing or any related field (BA or higher) from a reputable university, - Microsoft Office skills needed - Familiar with e commerce - Proven graphic designing experience - Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio - Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas - Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.) - Highly proficient in all design aspects - Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines - Fluent in English - Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs; - Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints - Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design softwares - Prepare rough drafts and presenting the ideas - Amend final designs to the team’s comments and gain full approval - Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
