Job Description

Debsh-e-Sabz Gostar Company, under the trademark of “Debsh Tea”, with three generations of experience in supplying the finest tea from India, Kenya, and Sri-Lanka, is the owner of the largest tea processing and packaging factory in the Middle East. To unify and enhance its graphic designs and advertising materials across the country as well as worldwide the company has established its own office of Advertising, Branding, and Design in Tehran, for which it is looking for qualified graphic designers. • Comprehend the needs of the company and design graphics accordingly • Design product packaging and graphics for print media as well as social media • Design marketing materials (i.e. billboards, banner stands, catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters, wobblers, exhibition booths, etc.) • Skillfully layout brochures, catalogues, banner stands, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum of an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) in graphic design or related fields • Expert in AT LEAST THREE of the following programs: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign CorelDraw 3D Studio Max • Professional work experience in related fields • Able to think creatively to generate interesting advertising ideas and new concepts • Able to work individually, as well as in a team on projects • Responsible, flexible, professional, motivated, and proactive • Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized • Able to concentrate and manage time in order to work on multiple projects efficiently • Familiar with the process of printing • Able to deliver materials ready for printing • Able to actively search the Internet for new ideas, concepts, and designs • Familiarity with social media marketing is valued • Knowledge of photography is appreciated • Maximum age of 35
