Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Enterprise Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge software products to enterprises worldwide. This position requires the ability to travel globally and communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Create OKRs based on company guidelines and be prepared to assist and contribute towards other members' OKRs.
  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients worldwide to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise organizations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Present and demonstrate our software products to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and maintain strong customer relationships post-sale.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B enterprise software sales, preferably on a global scale.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, as required.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Other certifications obtained: CSP, and CPSP.
  • Understanding the industry, sales and negotiation skills, communication skills, strategic thinking.
