Job Description

Objective of the role: Monitoring Systems. List of responsibilities: • System essential parameters and alarm monitoring. • Check and recognition faults. • Raising and following tickets for faults. • Provide corrective solutions to prevent faults. • Manage and respond to network correction and change requests(CR). • Review and monitor the process of corrective actions (CR) and track their results. • A bridge between field maintenance teams (FM) and maintenance teams (BO). • Reporting network events.. Reporting to: FO Manager.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor degree in various fields of electrical, computer or information technology. Other certifications obtained: Having an educational certificate on the basics of Third-Generation or Fourth-Generation Cellular Communications. Nature and length of previous experience: Having at least two years of work experience in the maintenance of mobile networks. Ability to do shift work (shift work).
