Job Description

● Prepare financial reports for directors. ● Support different teams with preparing or troubleshooting their reports. ● Prepare interactive and useful financial reports. ● Create one standard reporting process for all teams at Alibaba. ● Ensure compliance and consistency of financial reports coming from different teams. ● Simplify the reporting process in order to make it easy to learn and transfer. ● Interact constantly with other team members in order to improve the accuracy of financial reports. ● Correct possible discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial reports created by other teams and improve the reliability of the reports as much as possible. ● Propose efficient and suitable coding for financial systems. ● Managing competing priorities.

Requirements

● At least 2 years experience in management reporting or related fields. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common reporting software. ● Familiar with financial, property and payroll systems. ● Keen eye for detail. ● Deadline-oriented and able to stick to time constraints. ● Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner. ● Ability to work independently and propose solutions to unexpected problems. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Negotiating skills and ability to develop strong working relationships. ● Getting along well with others and being interactive.
