Job Description

- Performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers, negotiating, contract preparation , placing the orders, preparing related documents for payment, following shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, transporting follow-ups. - Handling all necessary documentation from Preform Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures and banking payments. - Monitor and follow up applicable laws and regulations for import. - Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process. - Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps. - Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations. - Monitor and supervise the clearance activities performed in the appointed agent to ensure the clearance operation runs smoothly, shipments are cleared timely and satisfy customer requirements. - Track the clearance performance; provide necessary assist or action to achieve the clearance performance goals set by management and delivery of the goods to warehouse.

Requirements

- Preferably BSc or M.Sc. in Commercial Management. - Excellent Fluency in English in all skills (Especially in business English) - Excellent computer skills - Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign purchasing - Strong communication & negotiation skills - Providing needed report - Maximum age 35 years old
