Job Description

-Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as, transportation, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package -Capable to handle all formalities for: Export Affairs, Customs, Shipment issues, Insurance, Banking Affairs -Research and evaluate suppliers, based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history. -Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performs Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures. -Preparing all required documents for Customs clearance formalities -Preparing delivery of goods and the ability to solve appropriate problems

Requirements

-BSc degree in Industrial Engineering, logistics or management -Minimum 8 Years of Work Experience in Purchasing in food Industry -Proven working experience in procurement -Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques in food industry
