Handling all international commercial affairs such as sourcing, ordering, corresponding, monitoring of orders process with suppliers, commercial registration, getting feedback as well as upstream reports, etc.
Arranging and keeping cargo track of shipping companies.
Checking shipment documents and following up with suppliers for on-time preparation of documents.
Monitoring import process and carrying out all respective affairs such as insurance, inspection, warehouse receipt, clearance sheet, exemption and etc.
Preparing required reports related to the latest status.
Checking purchase requests and preparing purchase orders.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering fields, or an MBA graduate.
Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
Teamwork spirit.
Persistent and responsible person.
Honest, flexible, motivated, proactive, and accurate.
At least three years of work experience as a commercial expert.
Excellent public relations and organized attitude.
Familiarity with commercial and international terms and regulations.
