Job Description
As an international purchasing assistant, you:
- Maintain and independently check data for completeness and correctness.
- Manage correspondence and records.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support in the implementation and optimization of international purchasing activities.
- Assist with the identification and sourcing of potential suppliers, including supplier evaluations.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and finance departments, to coordinate the receipt and payment.
