Job Description

As an international purchasing assistant, you:

  • Maintain and independently check data for completeness and correctness.
  • Manage correspondence and records.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support in the implementation and optimization of international purchasing activities.
  • Assist with the identification and sourcing of potential suppliers, including supplier evaluations.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and finance departments, to coordinate the receipt and payment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong English skills.
  • Acquainted with foreign purchasing process is an advantage.

  • Team player.
