Job Description

Plan, execute, and responsible from the A to Z of the foreign procurement, regulatory, logistic affairs. The Role: • Develop the Purchase and procurement policy and procedure • Control and Monitor the process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment • Responsible for the purchasing process, organizing payments and expenditures • Responsible for the all supplier’s affairs, such as responsible for correspondences, supplier’s shipment, delivery schedule, expenditure and... • Understand and proper analyze for the sales plan, service plan and act for purchase order in timely manner • Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service. • Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities. • Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality • Fully accountable for accurate inventory levels by exact demand forecast and supply plans that ensure availability of products based on the sales plan • Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations • Manage the procurement governance process across the business policy and procedures • Plan and coordinate all activities of customs clearance and regulatory affairs • Registration of new products and devices with related authorities in MOH and get all the related licenses • Build up the strong communication in related organization, MOH for handling the related jobs • Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications • Control and Follow up seriously the pending files on the MOH and other related organizations in order to get the fast result for import permission • Control and be assure of the all relevant legal documents for importing the medical equipment products are well prepared by his / her subordinate • Fully capable of handling contract and commercial process • Update the management and delivery the reports on the timely manner

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & abilities: • Minimum BS degree in Commercial or supply chain Management or any related educational fields • At least 7 years’ experience in related Dept. and with the 3 years proven management position. • Experience working with SAP software is high preference • Fluent in English Language • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. • Strong Knowledge of foreign purchase and import • Strong Knowledge of planning process • Strong Planning & Organizing & acting in timely target • Knowledge of contract negotiation, project management, risk management and financial management. • Excellent skills on the correspondences • High Flexibility to the changes & dynamic environment • Effective strategic planning abilities • Effective forecasting, budgeting skills • Strong communication skill • High personal motivation and a sense of urgency • Multi-task handling is a must • Effective forecasting, budgeting skills • Goal oriented • Professionalism, commitment to excellence / detail oriented • Positive attitude
