Job Description

● Develop, maintain and manage a strong relationship with current and new suppliers. ● Identify new domestic and foreign suppliers and manufacturers. ● Manage to send and receive inquiries-offers. ● Monitor, control, and manage orders and inquiries. ● Prepare purchase reports to CEO (weekly-monthly-annually). ● Monitor foreign exhibitions (follow up about registering and all related issues). ● Initial financial background and good relationship with the financial and sales departments. ● Manage the purchase and procurement issues. ● Supplier management, supervision, and control.

Requirements

● Well experienced in equipment purchase issues (such as pump, mechanical seal, DGS, etc. in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical plants). ● Capable to send, receive and English correspondence. ● Able to multitask and bear a high workload. ● Compatible with frequent missions as needed. ● Dexterous in web search and extract-up-to-date contexts and suppliers. ● Maximum age: 40 years old. ● Gender preference: Female/Male. ● At least 5 years of relevant experience. ● Fluent in English. ● Familiarity with Russian or Arabic is an advantage
