Job Description
- Foreign procurement and commercial procedures and regulations, especially command of:
- Import/Export & shipping, Banking (currency allocations), Insurance & Inspection (of shipments),Corresponding with international suppliers, In person follow up of all matters in relevant ministries, central bank, ministry of health and etc.
- Planning, Managing and Improving all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, supplier selecting, negotiating, contracting, ordering and etc.
- Analyzing price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with the vendors, audit and evaluation team.
- Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it
- Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve "best price/best quality" purchasing.
