● Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business process.
● Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching.
● Aid management in financial decisions.
● Keep financial knowledge up to date.
● Analyze and improve revenue and cost structures.
● Prepare operational and risk reports for managerial analysis.
● Evaluate data pertaining to costs and plan budgets
● Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
● Make sure financial legal requirements are met.
● Develop financial reporting systems.
● Responsible for routine accounting activities.
● Tax accounting, VAT and seasonal reports.
● Ensure that all accounting documents are properly booked and archived.
● Implement integrated financial and administrative processes.
● Prepare financial reports on a regular basis and submit them to the Board of Directors and the CEO.
● Control the proper implementation of financial systems and methods including financial accounting, consolidated accounting and operational accounting
● Control of the company's cash resources and supervision of financial operations and maintenance and regulation of legal offices
● Supervise the correct implementation of internal control and audit regulations and necessary coordination between units
● Ensure the use and application of up-to-date standards and documents according to the company's criteria
● Monitor day-to-day accounting operations.
● Implement and monitor accounting schedules.
● Design and management of the financial team and lead it.
● Determine and implement financial strategy at the organization and business level
● Design and development of financial plans and forecasts.
● Set up financial statements.
● Anticipate changes, seek better practices and contribute to the company as a whole to be successful in its aims.
● Ensure efficient financial monitoring and reporting.
● Collect, interpret, and review financial information.
● Predict future financial trends.
● Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
● Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risks.
● Participate in strategic data analysis, research and modeling for the company's senior leadership.
● Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
