Job Description
The financial manager is responsible for leading all the financial and administrative affairs of the company and is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions and their documentation. The main responsibilities and duties are:
- Management, compilation and regular review of financial processes, including: cash flow management and control, cost management, especially in purchasing affairs, cost allocation processes, etc., documenting processes and control methods, training financial forces if necessary , Salary management and funding for sub-sites.
- Prepare monthly financial and accounting analytical reports and submit to the CEO.
- Design and implement financial systems to assist the plant / project manager and CEO in reviewing, monitoring and tracking the actual project budget compared to the projected budget to control costs.
- Mastering the affairs and laws of taxation and insurance and preparing consolidated financial statements.
- Managing the daily performance of the financial team, evaluating the annual performance of the subset and the individual and professional development of the financial team.
- Supervising the performance of the accounting and administrative experts of the collection in the field of administrative benefits, new hiring and other related matters.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO.
