Preparation and drafting of financial strategies in partnership with representatives of companies affiliated with the approval of the CEO and communicated to the companies. Participate in relevant unit meetings and share work experience and knowledge. Division of work and planning daily, weekly and monthly timely and efficient work of the relevant unit tasks. Communicate with stockholders or other investors to provide information or to raise capital. Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions. Analyze and classify risks and investments to determine their potential impacts on companies. Network within communities to find and attract new business. Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances. Establish procedures for custody or control of assets, records, loan collateral, or securities to ensure safekeeping. Plan, direct, and coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses. Review reports of securities transactions or price lists to analyze market conditions. Direct insurance negotiations, select insurance brokers or carriers, and place insurance. Submit delinquent accounts to attorneys or outside agencies for collection.

Requirements

Minimum Degree: Master of Financial Management, Economics, Accounting. Minimum relevant work experience: 5 years A full understanding of the accounting principles, guidelines and financial regulations of the company. Full familiarity with the computer skills and the ability to use software related to the job. Full familiarity with commercial, tax and banking laws, insurance. Ability to prepare and report specialized reports on financial affairs related to the job and organizational posts. Ability and skill in handling, arranging and issuing financial documents. Complete budgeting skill. Mastering the preparation and scheduling of specialized reports on financial affairs related to post and organizational occupation. Ability and skill in analyzing financial problems and providing appropriate solutions. The ability to analyze basic financial statements. Ways to reduce the payback period. Methods of financing. Understanding tax regulations. Understanding capital structure.
